The apartment in every residential building is typically the most unique and spectacular. They are spacious, well-equipped, and deliver excellent views, so it’s no wonder they always have high-cost tags.

Penthouses are an attraction hub of the world still. Each one is dreaming in their eyes to preserve the lavish and pricey apartment with its expensive amenities. We offer the world’s top ten penthouses here, which we think occupy desirable locations and are beautifully built and decorated to inspire the most demanding customers.

The following is a list of some of the world’s most lavish and expensive penthouses:

One57 Penthouse, New York

Price – $90 Million

Manhattan skyscraper’s opulence is iconic – and One57 is a prime example.

The ultra-luxurious tower has just finished selling two unrevealed expensive penthouses, estimated at over $90 million. There is an open-plan wall glass atrium and a dining space with double decks in one, a six-bedroom apartment of 14,000 square feet on floors 75 and 76 with a 140-meter façade in Central Park. Though it’s hard to imagine that someone doesn’t want the spot, the purchasers, led by William Ackman, the billionaire hedge fund founder, just made the acquisition a gamble.

432 Park Avenue Penthouse, New York

Price – $95 Million

The 432 Park Avenue house, the tallest and most expensive penthouse in Manhattan, is one of New York City’s hardest real estate products.

The most noteworthy one of the 104 condos provided by the building is its high ceilings, 10 feet by 10-foot wall windows, oak floors, marble workshops, and heated bathroom floors (for residents to enjoy a spectacular view from 1,200 meters above sea level). It has quite a share of advantages, including a spa, a 75-foot swimming pool, and massage treatment space, as well as the possibility of buying an air-conditioned wine cellar.

CitySpire Penthouse, New York

Price – $100 Million

An 8,000-square-foot octagon-like penthouse features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms as a part of the attractive CitySpire complex on New York’s West 56th Street. The decorations, which somewhere reminiscent of a Roman villa, are made by acclaimed interior designer Juan Pablo Molyneux.

This veritable sky palace occupies three stories, with independent guest space on the first floor.

This penthouse is a work of art rather than a home. This expensive penthouse is worth $100,000 square feet and is located on West 56th Street. The revolving penthouse configuration gives a dramatic 360-degree view from every space of New York City.

House No 1, The Peak, Hong Kong

Price – $102 Million

We assembled a list of the most costly streets in the world a few months back. Surprisingly, it has been in Hong Kong in The Peak District, not in London, Paris, Moscow, or Manhattan. Sun Hung Kai Properties built this wonderful penthouse. It’s just the house that took the average to those heights.

House No. 1 has a huge private bath, jacuzzi, a spa, and a rooftop terrace with amazing Victoria Bay views in the spacious house. There is also a lift to support the tenants. The apartment is not large at 4,661 square feet. However, despite its high price, it is the most costly dwelling per square foot globally.

Ritz-Carlton Penthouse, New York

Price – $118 Million

This penthouse is located on top of the Ritz-Carlton in New York and has three bedrooms, which might well be the most luxurious and expensive penthouse to live in the Big Apple.

The apartment has a total area of 15,434 m2 and a further 2,193 m2 terrace. It is entirely furnished and painted with taste and provides spectacular views from the seats. There is also an elegant escalator that links the two floors occupied by the residence.

Penthouse D, One Hyde Park, London

Price – $237 Million

Welcome to the most luxurious and expensive penthouse in London. A 21-meter swimming pool, a theatre, a library, and two wine cellars are available for you at $225 million. The penthouse has balconies with views to Hyde Park, and Harrod and protection is not a concern, as SAS-trained guards are protecting it 24/7.

One Hyde Park is one of the world’s most costly residential complexes and was recently completed in the wealthy Knightsbridge neighborhood in London’s heart. The scheme must have cost almost two thousand billion dollars, so it is no wonder why some of London’s priest houses are located here.

This season, one of the four penthouses in One Hyde Park (Penthouse D) became Britain’s most expensive flat when bought for $237 million by an unsung East European Milliardaire! Although the building does have some very spectacular benefits (24-hour concierge, 21-meter pool with ozone stainless steel ozone, and very high security), there are no lights, floors, or even internal walls in the penthouse, at the cost of tens of millions of dollars.

Odeon Tower Penthouse, Monaco

Price – $440 Million

The most expensive penthouse in the world!!!

Although London and New York have a decent share of the world’s ultra-priced penthouses in the big world cities and financial centres, Monaco is definitely an appealing resort for the very rich, but more like a holiday retreat. That said, on top of the modern Odeon Tower, the small prince will host the most spectacular and costly penthouse on earth.

The Odeon Tower, the first skyscraper to be constructed in Monaco in the eighties, is one of Europe’s highest residential buildings and appears to be justified for the lengthy wait. It has 33500 square meters of space on 5 levels with facilities such as a gym, sauna, theatre, library, a whiskey bar, and billard place. It has a massive area of 500 square feet. The biggest thing (but not the size of the whole thing) is the infinity pool with a slide, which offers Monaco’s best views.
