Superman is the greatest and strongest superhero of all time. But several variations have been available, every more powerful than the previous.

In the late 1930s, Superman burst into the comic book scene, and for decades he has been entertaining. Superman has almost moved from a comic book to myth and folklore with his story embedded in all our lives. The greatest boy scouter, who is still on the side of right, incorruptible, and he never kills, is super-powerful in addition to most heroes. Superman soon became the perfect role model of such a positive hero with a solid morality.

However, it has been challenging over the years to bring something different to his narrative because of such a straight-laced personality. Many wanted to alter or rewrite Superman’s past, but still the same. Superman is a nice man, really, and we know he’s going to win in the end always. The Man of Steel doesn’t even hinder death, after all.

So what can authors do with comic books? Naturally, invent Superman’s various iterations. He can be anything in all of that sense. This gives us an insight into some of Superman’s power-packed versions.

Cyborg Superman

Cyborg Superman

Two crucial characters are now Cyborg Superman. Astronaut Hank Henshaw is the first and best-known. During a space experiment, a solar flaring struck Henshaw’s spacecraft, and his crew began to change. The mutation was so powerful that Henshaw and his wife committed all suicide while back on Earth’s team. He can upload his consciousness with NASA devices before Henshaw’s body disintegrates from the solar flare. Henshaw builds a cyborg body with all the strength that Superman has with the birth matrix aid used to send Superman into the world.

Henshaw later pointed out that the Eradicator, the original solar flare, had been dropped into a sun by Superman. The freshly created Cyborg Superman wants vengeance on the Man of Steel because of everything Superman has blamed.

Since the new 52 relaunches, the newest Cyborg Superman was unveiled. Cyborg Superman, dubbed Zor-El, has been transported by Brainiac from Krypton’s dying Earth. Zor El’s intent, as with Henshaw, is the death, the destruction, and the damage to Superman. Zor-strength El’s is all the same as Superman and Henshaw.

Red Son Superman

Red son Superman

We are all aware that Superman is one of the strongest creatures in every book world. He is also purely good, not just being strong. He’s got a strong view of good and evil, and he sticks to it. Superman does not, unlike certain characters that are of a dark edge or cross a boundary of good and evil. He does not kill, never more than he does, and never uses his powers.

Superman’s principles and ethics can be found in his infancy. Kents’ childhood on a Kansas farm ingrained in him many life lessons he still keeps today.

So what if Superman had no decent and good childhood and had been taught in the Soviet Union? What will happen? Will he still be the boy scout that everyone thinks he is?

Precisely that’s what’s going on in the Superman: Red Son Comic Book series. Superman arrives in Ukraine amid the Cold War because of his ship’s sinking in Kansas. Superman raises the concept that the Soviet Union instigates. The planet gulps as a superpowered alien as the latest hidden weapon of the Soviet Union in this story. Yet the Man of Steel is still on the side of good and struggles with humanity, true to Superman-style.

Superman X

Superman x

Like many other entries in our list, many people in DC like to play God and clone the powerful Kryptonian. One such clone is Superman X, skipping into the 43rd century. Superman X has almost the same powers as Superman, plus even some extras were cloned from Superman’s Original DNA. It can manipulate energy to generate shields of life and even energy blades.

But Superman X didn’t have the chance, unlike the original Superman, raised with a strong moral board. Although he does well with his abilities and likes to be the savior, also he is reckless and unmerciful and able to do anything he has to do his work. This is why Superman X fits well with hero squads like The Legion of Superheroes. One way to hold this superpowered loose cannon under control.

Superman Red and Blue

Red Blue, Superman

If one Superman isn’t powerful enough to frighten Metropolis criminals, how about two? In the years’ Superman was divided into two. This has been the case with certain history lines. Superman initially had his bucket list to complete, which was at the top of his list to free world crime and have peace on Earth. The Man of Steel has then created an apparatus that would strengthen his mind and strength. The unforeseen side effect was the split between Superman and two; one is red and blue.

The two super powerful and articulate supermen make it possible for the two to collaborate to save the planet. They are also using their power to enlarge Kandor, create a new aquatic environment for the inhabitants of Atlantis, and heal all significant illnesses. They fix a few personal problems like one Superman wants Lois Lane, the other wants Lana Lang. Don’t work a miserable day!

Superman: Dark Side

Superman Dark Side

Superman: Red Tone, what if the Man of Steel didn’t crash in Kansas? Just like an earlier entry on the list? What would happen if he landed in an entirely different world instead of landing in another country?

In Superman: The Dark Side, Kal-baby El’s ship is redirected to Earth and lands instead on Apokolips the world, the home of Darkseid’s overlord. Darkseid is the one who raises him as Superman and his faithful and devout disciple and helps to kill New Genesis in this iteration of Superman.

Even this is not enough for Superman to grow up wearing a cape, but to prefer to use a threatening red and black armor, with an ‘S’ illumination bolt on the chest. An “S” which after the Second World War is not that far from the SS. So this Superman is not only powerful, evil, and frightening, he also has something to do with weapons. Superman: Dark Side also deserves to be included on our list. It does not demonstrate his ethics that Superman will be any better unless his story is involved. This edition and the story could only have run for three issues.

Superboy-Prime

Superboy

This is where the various Superman versions became very confusing. We are concerned about Superboy-Prime in the World and not Superman Prime, also known as Superman Prime One Million. For that entry, please see the list below.

It’s from a parallel Earth named Earth-Prime, Superboy-Prime. Superheroes occur only on comic book pages in this world—a world that represents our reality. Superboy-Prime did not realize that he is Kal-El, being the adoptive son of the Kent family, and named Clark from the dying planet Krypton. He was sent to Earth.

Superboy-Prime lived an everyday life until he was fifteen and knew he was odd until a comet flew through his Kryptonian powers. The anti-monitor crises are crushing planets during the infinite earth crisis, and Superboy-Prime stops in the dimension of paradise. Superboy-Prime grew angry and upset, pounding obstacles to the reality that created ripples in the DC multiverse.

In addition to its immense strength, Superboy-Prime has all of the drawbacks of Superman. It has little impact on Magic and even Kryptonite.

Ultraman

Ultraman, Superman

Another alternative version of Superman from another universe here and Ultraman is the protagonist, as is the case with many iterations of Man of Steel. Over the years, there have been many iterations of Ultraman. Most were evil hungry, and strong creatures that seek to conquer their worlds.

Ultraman is a new edition from Earth 3, which contains warped and evil versions of well-loved DC characters. It’s part of the Crime Syndrome and Ultraman’s remake from the New 52. From an alternative version of Krypton in which all is middle-spirited and egoistic, the young Kal El is brought to Earth to be the most powerful being global, using his ability to gain revenge.

By murdering his kin, the Kents, Ultraman began his way towards evil because he had no more advantage. Ultraman eventually gained the globe and rules like an iron hand, creating the Crime Syndicate. Ultraman has the same abilities as Superman, but sorcery does not harm him. Still, Kryptonite strengthens him and gives him new control in some situations.

Superman

Superman

Superman himself is the next entry on our list. Over the years, Krypton’s last son has seen several changes, as new authors have sought to add something more into the narrative of a boy scout. The truth remains that Superman has been for decades in our comic books and our lives. Superman is much more than the comic books from which he was born. Superman is the poster child for all that is positive and real, from fiction to almost myth.

As a super-powerful alien over the years, story-tellers have had some challenges, and we all know that he’s going to prevail finally. Superman still pops up, whether they be terrorists, alien overlords, or even death. That’s why, because he is the original, greatest, and most pure hero, Superman deserves a place on the list.

Silver Age

silver age superman

Any readers might see it as somewhat scam since Silver-Age Superman is Superman. But this Superman is more effective than any other iteration of Superman thanks to the reintroduction and rewriting of a few Silver Age characters. That is to say, but for two.

Since World War II, comic books had declined, and the age of comic books that was called ‘The Golden Age’ had ended. So DC has begun to reintroduce its beloved heroes with new storylines and origins, to get people excited about comic books once more. The flash was the first character, and they switched to Superman afterwards.

This guy was utterly overwhelmed during the Silver Age, and none nearly beat him. In reality, they diminished the Man of Steel as DC began their Bronze Age of Comic books and added people to fight with him when they believed that this Superman was so strong that it bordered on dull.

Superman Prime One Million

Superman one million

Superman has numerous hopes and goals, and many of them he accomplishes for his time on Earth. Superman’s life is pretty sweet, being the icon of goodness, married to Lois Lane’s love and the chief of the League of Justice. However, the Man of Steel becomes an overpowered alien. It sees its mates, families, and loved ones suffer from natural causes painfully. Superman becomes frustrated without being able to support and is leaving Earth prematurely.

Superman visits the stars, and his journeys last until the turn of the 700th century, from the 21st century. On his journeys, he encounters several other creatures. He acquires enormous powers and abilities that really make him stand up to a deity. Superman Prime One Million also burst down the spring wall and trained under The Source himself, bringing his castle of solitude into the middle of the superheat. Superman Prime One Million’s powers are almost unseen, and it seems to do something, even the 5th dimension.

Thought Robot

Thought Robot, Superman

The Superman edition known as Thought Robot is number one on our list. The Thought Robot is a 4-D Superman edition, a body of pure logic and a sentinel suit built by the Monitors to defend itself against the big bad. Thought Robot has immense strength, which positions it in the DC multiverse, except above another character.

Even with the normal Kryptonian skills as super speed, flight, invulnerability, vision of the ray, etc.

Thought Robot also has supernatural power, absorption of energy, spatial distortion, and cosmic consciousness. Thought Robot can react to future situations to counteract them, he knows what is happening and can stop before it happens. This is why Think Robot is by far the most strong Superman version ever.
