3. Dhokla: Dhokla is a Gujarati dish that is a popular breakfast dish in the eastern part of the country. Dhokla is made with fermented crepe mixture that is derived from grain and divided chickpeas. You need half a cup of gram flour, 2 to 3 spoons of turmeric, water, and rava to make a batter. After leaving the batter condensed overnight, you can cook Dhokla two ways – microwave or steaming.
