The majority of peacocks in India may be found in Morena, which is 46 kilometers from Gwalior. The Hindi word for the bird, “mor,” inspired the name Morena. Kakanmath Temple
Sihoniya, Madhya Pradesh, India is home to the destroyed Kakanmah Shiva temple, which dates back to the 11th century. Kirttiraja, the king of Kachchhapaghata, constructed it. The old temple complex is now only partially visible. Today, Gwalior is home to some of the site’s sculptures.
Nareshwar Temples
