Some of the best (and healthiest) office snacks are crunchy veggie chips!
As everyone knows, it’s difficult to include a full serving of vegetables in your diet each and every day. We were taught as children how important it was to eat our vegetables, even if it was just to help us finish our desserts a bit sooner. A few pieces of broccoli seemed tough enough back then.
Sweet Potato
Yeah, that’s right! First up, one of my all-time favourites: sweet potatoes are a great snack anywhere—at the office, during your commute, at your cousin’s birthday, etc. Sweet potatoes are a great source of antioxidants, fibre, and vitamins B and C. They also make an excellent office snack.
Plantain
The majority of people consider plantains to be the B-list banana—which, ironically, is B-A-N-A-N-A-S! One of the greatest ways to get vitamin C is through plantain chips, which are also excellent for heart health. They work well as chips because they are firmer and less sweet than bananas. Add some spicy seasoning to the fry process.
Butternut Squash
Is there a risk of cold and flu at work? The majority of offices are, in fact, even with appropriate health and safety procedures. Put an end to persistent illness by consuming butternut squash chips! These veggie chips, a true soup classic, taste great with cayenne pepper to keep your team healthy while they munch on delicious office snacks!

Green Bean
Yes, that is correct. Although they don’t have the typical “chip” shape, green beans make a great healthy snack to keep on hand at work. You can eat the entire thing because the skins contain a lot of the vitamins! Honestly, I would pick these magic green bean chips over the family cow any day of the week.
Kale
The superfood of the past ten years, kale, gained notoriety in 2013 for no apparent reason at all, and it has been gaining popularity ever since. If you bake a few dozen leaves and taste the resultant food, you’ll see why.
