MOOD DISORDERS- Mood disorders include depression and bipolar disorders, suffered by almost 10 percent of individuals every year. Mood disorders also include difficulties in regulating mood.

If you find some negative or stressful thoughts approaching you to turn your music system on, or go for a walk, or talk to friends, and the best thing takes a deep breath in and breathe it out. Also, if you observe someone having a mental health issue, do give them your company and be there for them.
