HOW TO DO IT- Start with the extension of the legs so that it looks more straightened. Make sure that the knees do not bend. Gradually place the heel of the behind leg to the ground. Try to balance and hold the posture. Now try to twist your upper part of the body to appear like you are facing sideways. Now raise your hands on either side and maintain the same position. Now while staying in the same posture, take long, deep breaths and breathe out. This will help in increasing the flow of blood in the body. Also, remember that your palms should not be facing the sky it should be facing the ground (downwards). 

KONASANA (ANGLE POSE)

HOW TO DO IT- First of all, stand straight, maintaining the distance between the feet as much as there within the hips. Keep your arms alongside the body. Now start breathing in a while, raising the left hand upwards such that the fingers face the ceiling. Now gradually repeat the same procedure with the right hand and then join both of them. Now start bending towards the left from your torso, making sure that your body is straight and hands are joined. Now repeat the same process for the other side too.

HOW TO DO IT- Start this pose by lying down. Now place the hands on the ground such that the hands come directly under the shoulders. Don’t lift the body now. Only put your hands straight such that elbows stay straight and at the sides. Keep the body straight and, for a moment looking down on the ground. Anchor the pubic bone to the ground. Now breathe in and lift the chest off the floor. Ensure that the elbows do not move and stay fixed. Stay in the posture and look neutrally on the ground. Now while breathing out, take your neck backward such that your eyes face the sky. Continue doing the same.

TRIKONASANA (TRIANGLE POSE)

HOW TO DO IT- To begin with this pose, just keep your body and legs straight while standing. Now, keep your feet apart and the hands straight parallelly to the ground. Now slowly start bending towards the left so that the left hand can touch the left foot. After touching the left foot with the left hand:

  1. Take a break of 15 to 20 seconds and come back to the previous position.
  2. Repeat the same process of bending towards the right.

BALASNA (CHILD POSE)

HOW TO DO IT- To start this asana, sit down in the Vajrasana and make yourself comfortable. Now lower down your neck to look at the ground and rest your belly on your thighs. PHALAKASANA (PLANK POSE)
