According to a statement from the Ministry of road transport & Highways, the app is presently available in Hindi and English.

To ensure a smooth and secure drive on national highways, the app provides real-time weather information, timely broadcast notifications, and information on nearby toll booths, gas stations, hospitals, hotels, and other vital services.

Users can report problems with the highway and include geo-tagged videos or images for clarification.

In the event of delays, complaints would be handled quickly through system-generated escalations to higher authorities. Users can track the development of their complaints for transparency.

Additionally, “Rajmargyatra” incorporates FASTag services, allowing users to access other pertinent financial services, recharge their FASTags, and buy monthly passes all inside the app.

To encourage responsible and safe driving, the app also delivers notifications for exceeding the speed limit and provides voice help.

NHAI wants to provide highway users with a practical experience with “Rajmargyatra,” ensuring their comfort and security while advancing a more efficient road network for everyone.
