It is better to consume more liquid than solid food. You can opt for juices, shakes, or even water to quench your hunger in small breaks between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. Eating too much also puts extra pressure on your digestive system, which is, again, not a good thing.
Avoid Skipping Meals:
Skipping meals is a habit that a lot of people develop. Whether it is due to work or any other reason, you should always take out time to have at least 4 proper meals a day- breakfast, lunch, evening snack, and dinner. There are days when you don’t feel like eating anything at a particular time. It’s ok to not have a heavy meal in such cases. But don’t sleep on an empty stomach. You can have a handful of dry fruits or some light snack. Your body must get proper nutrients.
Avoid Skipping Breakfast:

A lot of health experts and fitness enthusiasts have said again and again that breakfast is the most important part of your meal. Now, many reasons lead to a person skipping breakfast. It might be due to the habit of waking up late in the morning or having a morning shift at work. It is better if you have a full breakfast as it gives you energy for the rest of the day. Even if you can not cook a proper meal, have some fruits, juice, or a light snack.
Exercise Regularly:
Burning the calories that you consume is vital for your health. Whether you are looking to build muscles or lose weight, you can’t do that without sweating it out. You need to have a proper workout routine to meet your desired fitness goals. Healthy eating is only half part of the task. You need to utilize all those nutrients correctly, and exercising is the best way to do it. Even if you have a very tight schedule, always take out at least 30 minutes in a day for your fitness. It will certainly help you in the long run.
Avoiding Outside Food:

Let’s admit it. We are all a part of the generation that loves to eat at fancy restaurants or street-side stalls on a very frequent basis. Now, this habit may be soothing for your taste buds, but it can be disastrous for your health. All that oil, cheese, and other unhealthy stuff you consume are really harmful to the digestive system. Develop a habit of consuming home-cooked food, at least mostly if not daily. Carry your tiffin to the office or wherever you go. You can enjoy outside food sometimes, but you should learn to say no to the urge to eat outside.
