  • Press your palms downwards and inhale
  • Lift your legs up to 90 degrees and support your lower back using your hands.

  • Repeat the movement 4-5 times.

Now lift your upper body slightly and rest it in your elbows while keeping your lower body touched to the ground. Your palms should be facing downwards, and your fingers should be towards your toes.   • Drop your head downwards and relax.
  • Release the pose slowly and lie flat on your back.

Cat-Cow Pose:

Cat-Cow Pose is one of the best yoga poses that benefit the entire body. It is a perfect yoga pose that you can do to open up your body and relax the muscles before going in for an intense workout session. To perform this yoga pose:

  • Sit down on all fours with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees underneath your hips.
  • Make sure that your body weight is evenly spread on all fours.
  • Arch your back inwards as you inhale and relax your neck muscles.
  • Then arch your back outwards and let your head dropdown.
  • Let this repetition of motions continue 10-12 times.

  • Stand on your knees with your legs extended behind you.
  • Make sure that your knees, hips, and shoulders are in the same line.

  • Bend slightly backward while pressing your thighs and hips forward.

  • Lie down flat on your stomach with your hands underneath your shoulders and your palms pressing downwards.
