It is one of the oldest sites to witness in the country. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga and her 64 yoginis. The temple is situated just next to the marble rocks and that too on the banks of river Narmada.
However, the temple is in its partial ruin state. But it is still able to glorify the kings who had once ruled over the Jabalpur. To reach the temple, you have to climb 150 steps and is situated at the top of the hill. There are a total of sixty-four shrines that are arranged in the circular for each of the 64 yoginis. Also, there are the shrines of Parvati and Shiva. This place is a must-visit in Bhedaghat.
BALANCING ROCKS
Balancing rocks are one of the most popular places to visit in Bhedaghat. The formation of balancing rocks can be seen all over the world. These rocks are basically formed when the volcanic rocks get eroded over time. Jabalpur has three formations that are one of the wonders of nature. MADAN MAHAL FORT
Another amazing place to witness in Bhedaghat is Madan Mahal. The mahal is situated at the height of about 500 meters on the top of a hill. The mahal is so beautiful and gorgeous and is very intriguing. It was built in the 11th century by Madan Singh, who was a Gond ruler.
