This amazing poha recipe is a famous one in Tamil Nadu. To prepare this amazing dish, wash and drain half a cup of thick rice with 5 tablespoons of split black lentils. Then add a cup of thick poha, with half a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds, and soak it all for about 6 hours. Drain it all and then grind it into a thick paste with half a cup of curd and 1 ¾
cup of water. Now pour the mixture into a bowl and add salt to taste. Now keep the whole mixture into a bowl by covering it to get fermented for about 8 hours. Once the mixture gets fermented, you can notice the bubbles in it. Now mix it well and heat a non-stick Tawa. Once heated, grease it with 1 tablespoon of oil and pours the batter as you prepare normal dosa. Then your Poha dosa will be ready, and you can have it with chutneys and sambhar!
POHA PAKODA

For the preparation of this tasty dish to make your evening tea even more amazing, just combine half a cup of boiled and mashed potatoes with half a cup of boiled green peas, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 ½ cup of ginger garlic paste, a cup of poha ½ tablespoon of turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Moreover, add half a tablespoon red and a tablespoon of chili powder and a coriander powder in a bowl. POHA NACHNI HANDVO

It is a Gujarati snack that can be eaten in both breakfasts and as an evening snack. To prepare this yum snack, whisk together half a cup of curd with 1 ½ a cup of water in a bowl. Now add a cup of poha, mix them all, and then keep it aside for about 20 minutes. Now add ½ cup of grated carrots, ¼ cup of boiled peas, ½ cup of grated bottle guard or lauki, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric and chili powder, and at last ¼ teaspoon of salt. Now keep all this aside.
To prepare the tempering, mix a teaspoon of oil, a teaspoon of mustard seeds, 2 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida, and pour it over the mixture poha. Now add ½ cup of ragi or nachni flour to the mixture and then mix it well. Now divide the whole mixture into six portions. Now heat a teaspoon of oil on Tawa, pour a portion of the batter, and spread it evenly on the tawa in a circular motion. Cover and cook it on a medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. And then your tasty dish will be ready to eat.
