To prevent neck, back, and body pain, get up from your desk, take a stroll through your home, and perform the following stretches.
Standing stretches

Forward bend
This stretch is ideal for people who complain of back pain from their sitting position. Simply place your feet shoulder-width apart on the ground and stand straight up with your knees slightly bent.
Put your fingers together behind your back and begin to bend forward. Your arms will rise as you stoop forward. Give your arms a nice stretch by bending down till your face your knees.
Back Twist
This a magical workout that can help you love your belly fat in addition to relieving your muscles. You may quickly lose those love handles with back twists. This can be used to combat weight gain, which is frequently caused by an inactive lifestyle.
Let your hands go and stand up on the ground. Take a backward-twisting motion from one side and maintain it. Turn now to the opposite side and maintain the posture for some time. Back twists can loosen up your stiff back and provide you the energy you need to resume your task.

Quad stretches
