While Wanda seems to be the one who governs everything in WandaVision, her ever-present, nosy neighbor, maybe the real master puppeteer.
Throughout the previous 5 WandaVision episodes, most of what had once been a secret has now been made clear. And new theories have blossomed, including Agnes’s true identity (Kathryn Hahn).

This is a really peculiar moment. Looking back at it, understanding what we do about Wanda now, it’s all a little overwhelming. Is she dreaming of making the guy choke to death? Only minutes before, he had been berating her, wanting to know why they had come to Westview. That was, we might presume, “off-script” and not anything approved of by Wanda.
The nosy neighbor, Agnes, makes her first appearance during this scene. Ok, she shows up earlier and helps prepare for Wanda and Vision the “romantic evening,” and then returns for Wanda to butcher with a ready-to-make dinner.
With the unexpected emergence of color, a red helicopter drone, red blood, etc., things get even more unusual in the second episode. And then from the sewer comes the evil beekeeper, and Wanda says “No” and resets the film, restarting it moments ago and then changing it into color magically. In this episode, Agnes was mostly absent, only really helping to present Dottie to Wanda, which led to the radio scene and the voice questioning Wanda, “who is doing this to you?”
Wanda gives birth to twins in the third episode, and the episode mainly centers on her and Geraldine/Monica. Speaking of Ultron murdering Pietro, Monica causes Wanda to throw her out of Westview, even though we don’t see what exactly happens until next week.
In episode 3, Agnes’s one big moment is when Vision meets her, and Herb speaks softly across the hedges. Anything seems odd as they inquire for Geraldine. They tell him she isn’t from around here, she doesn’t have a house, she doesn’t have a dad. But Agnes turns to Herb as he pushes them, making sure Vision does not see her face and shaking her head, mouthing “no.”
Agnes once again arrives just in time to support Wanda and Vision with their screaming babies as we get to the most recent episode. She’s kitted out in fitness wear and jokes about going through Jazzercise in the 1980s. But she turns to Wanda and asks if she wants to try again when Vision prevents her from working her magic with the girls. ‘Are we going to just take things from the top? “She’s telling.

For Vision, this is not just a jarring moment, it’s a revelatory moment for viewers. It seems that Agnes is very much in the act. She is mindful of the power of Wanda over the city and her delusions.
As we see in the kitchen scene with a dog where she lets a leash come out of thin air, Wanda is not even concerned about using her abilities in front of her. “And when the boys, now “grown-up” to 10, somewhat like Wanda stolen with her magic a decade of their childhood, insist that she bring the dog back from the grave, Agnes says, “Can you do that?”

The emblem on Agnes’ necklace could shed light on her true identity, the laws of Westview, the current antagonists of WandaVision, and various timelines.
Agnes has been rumored to be Agatha Harkness, the Scarlet Witch mentor in the comics, ever since the cast of WandaVision was first unveiled. Her name is an apparent hint, but in most of her comic book appearances, the emblem she carries often matches the collar Agatha Harkness wears.
The icon appears to be an essential entity in WandaVision because it changes presence over the decades, much like the S.W.O.R.D. The necklace of Geraldine, it just changes form instead of vanishing entirely within the truth of Wanda.
However, the mystery does not end there since the icon still bears a curious shape. It seems to consist of three human beings, with one carrying a scythe in the center. This number may be linked to the Grim Reaper referenced in the animation opening of episode 2 of WandaVision.
The enigmatic three figures from the Loki trailer appear to have a powerful impact on the flux between various timelines and perhaps different realities, maybe another possibility, as they are revered by a statue at the premises of the Time Variance Authority.
More speculations such as is she the one controlling Westview, or is she gonna kill the children. We don’t know much. These are pretty concrete speculations, and more is yet to come. We do believe Agnes could be playing from behind.
