It is a biographical musical drama film by Gregory Nava, based on Tejano music star Selena Quintanilla Perez, who was murdered at the age of 23 by Yolanda Saldivar. The movie was released in 1997, and Lopez played the title character. The movie performed well at the box office and helped Lopez establish herself as a successful actress.

The Back-Up Plan is a 2010 romantic comedy film by Alan Poul that features Lopez and Alex O’Loughlin in the lead roles. What unfolds next is a series of dramas that happens between a couple in love. This one is a really entertaining movie to watch.
Lila & Eve:
Lila & Eve is a 2015 crime drama film by Charles Stone III that stars Viola Davis and Jennifer Lopez in the lead roles. Davis is featured in the movie as Lila Walcott, a single mother living in Atlanta. She has to struggle a lot after the murder of her son Stephon in a drive-by shooting. Lopez features in the film as Eve Rafael, another mother who lost her daughter. Lila and Eve soon join hands to investigate the murder of Stephon, and they encounter a person who has the information they want. As the man pulls a gun on them, Eve shoots him dead. This is a very intriguing movie to watch.
Anaconda:
Anaconda is among the most successful movies of J.Lo, both commercially as well as critically. The 1997 adventure horror film by Luis Llosa revolves around a documentary film in the Amazon Rainforest, where a poacher (Danny Trejo) aims to capture a giant snake, the green anaconda. However, his mission turns into a disaster as the anaconda unleashes havoc upon the crew. Lopez is featured in the film as Director Terri Flores. The movie grossed $136.8 million worldwide.
