Dwayne Douglas Johnson is an American-Canadian actor, producer, businessman, and former American football and Canadian football player, also known by his ring name, The Rock. Widely known as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, before pursuing an acting career, he wrestled for eight years for the World Wrestling Federation. Johnson was the University of Miami college football player for whom he won a national championship in 1991.
